2024 Delivery Schedule
Route Numbers are indicated in RED below the calendar date. Deliveries that fall within a holiday week may be one day before or after the normal route day.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
VACATIONS AND SKIPPING DELIVERIES - Please contact our office at least 4 days PRIOR to your delivery to arrange for a skip in your service.
MISSED DELIVERIES - If service(s) was missed on your regular route day, our office will automatically schedule your driver to return the following week (in 7 days) to attempt delivery again. Please make arrangements for access.
No credit will be given for lock-outs or for skipping service(s) without advance notification.
If access problems have caused you to miss service(s), please contact a customer service representative for the many options available, including key pads enabling us to open and close the garage door.
BILLING INFORMATION:
Service is billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month. A discount of 5% will be given to customers who pay for a full year of service in advance. Please call for details.
We realize that extraordinary circumstances sometimes result in late payments. Please call if you will be late in paying or have a past due balance on your account. We are always willing to work with you to pay down your past due balance within a reasonable period of time.
Additional charges of 1-1/2% per month will be added on past due amounts until the account is current.
A $25.00 charge will be applied for handling of all returned checks.
