What a difference the water softener has made
We changed out another Co. water conditioner for the Pacific's bi-weekly service. Arthur did an amazing job explaining everything to us, he did a water hardness test, our water was super high on the results. We knew that we wanted to switch to the bi-weekly service as we were getting tired of not having soft water as we were promised by the other Co. So we scheduled the appointment for a few days later. Manny came and installed the connectors for the new tank, he was so professional and nice (loved the Dodger hat he wore). He made everything look so clean! What a difference the water softener has made, no more hard water!! Would definitely use Pacific Water Conditioning again.

Once we decided on a unit, we scheduled my appointment, which was a few days later. Manny came and installed the unit; he was so professional and nice. He made everything look so clean! The best tasting water, period. Had them for 30 years and thought we could save some money by buying our own system. Well, it turns out the filter for our owned system cost $420 every few months! And the water didn’t taste nearly as good as Pacific Water Conditioning water! We’re so happy to be back with PWC. I like knowing our water is tested regularly, too.

The initial installation required copper piping installed and it looks really neat and professionally done. The delivery driver is always on time and I hardly know he's here. If I didn't have a dog that barks at the truck I wouldn't know at all. He is very respectful of my property - trustworthy.
The soft water tank is much bigger than what Culligan delivered - so, I am assured I will have more than enough filtration without question ☺️❤️
