Covid-19 Update- During periods when stay-at-home orders are in effect or for clients that prefer contactless quotes, we are happy to arrange virtual consultations. Under this option, we will:

Connect with you over the phone or a zoom type app to ask you a series of questions about your family size and water usage preferences. 

We further ask that you upload a photo of where your source water piping enters your home directly to our website portal You will find our upload feature on the contact us page. If you scroll to the bottom of the form, the upload portal is located above the submit button. so that we can determine connection requirements.

We will need a water sample that we can either pick up from your porch, collect from your outdoor water spigot (if available), or we can mail you a collection bottle with a postage paid return envelope that you can drop in the mail or drop off at our office.
